at arookah, we offer USPS First Class for all orders under 1 lb and Priority Mail shipping for all others. since orders are made fresh, we generally process within three days of placing your online order and ship within three to four business days after processing. shipping information will be forwarded to your email address for ease of tracking.

at arookah, we pride ourselves on offering the best handcrafted products to our customers and your satisfaction is the key to our success. in the event that you are not happy or fully satisfied with your arookah product, we generously offer a 90-day hassle free return policy. all we ask is you pay for shipping and we'll refund you the cost of the product.
